If you are assisting an employee to register for a class, there are steps that the student will have to complete themselves. (If you have a group of employees to register please submit a help ticket under the “employer tab” and select group. This will create a ticket and we will respond with the specific information that you will need to know.)
A new student will need to:
- create their Workforce student account
- go through the domicile process
A previous Workforce Student may need to:
- log into their account
- go through the domicile process
After the employee has gone through these steps, employers are welcome to use an Authorization to Bill to be invoiced for the cost of the class or may call the Workforce Office to pay for the employee with a credit card to be registered for their class.
*Disclaimer: Even if you pay for an employee to take a class, you will not have access to their records (grades, attendance, etc) unless they complete an Authorization to Release Information form permitting us to release this information to you. This is true for all students – including those who are under 18.
Your employee will need to follow these steps to create a student profile with Workforce Solutions:
