We’re sorry to hear you are having problems getting logged into your MyLaurel Ridge account. Please follow these directions to get into your account:
Go to the Laurel Ridge Community College webpage and select MyLaurelRidge (it is in a blue oval at the top, right-hand corner of the page.)
a. Enter your Username
i. You should have received an email from the VCCS (Virginia Community College System) upon registration. Hint: your MyVCCS and MyLaurelRidge username are the same. (An example of what your username would look like is: at24389)
ii. If you can’t find the email, click Forgot My Username and follow the prompts.
iii. If you still can’t figure out your username, call the Workforce Solutions office at 540-868-7021 for help.
b. Enter your Password
i. Under the Forgot My Password, enter your username again and click on continue.
ii. Select the email address you want to receive your one-time code from in the list provided.
iii. Check your email for a code and link to log into MyLaurelRidge and set your new password.
