Workforce Solutions requires a minimum of seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to first class to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests should be made in writing (include course title, student ID and reason for request). Emails are acceptable. Refunds can take three to four weeks to process depending on payment method. (This policy is effective July 1, 2025.)
In the event a refund is granted, books/material costs may be deducted from the refund, particularly in situations where a book issued to a student and/or materials committed for the class.
Reminder after a class is in progress: If you are in a Fast Forward class and you fail to successfully complete this class (attendance/performance), you will be invoiced for an
additional 1/3rd of the class cost, as per your Fast Forward agreement.
